Jenkinsons Boardwalk, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ

Project Overview

Along the iconic Jenkinson’s Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach, the lights of the amusement area define its energy and festive spirit. The Fun House—one of the boardwalk’s most recognizable attractions—uses architectural lighting to express that sense of excitement and place.

To achieve this lively yet refined illumination, the design team selected Belfer’s MQ2502 Marquee Lighting – Wet Location fixtures for installation outdoors around the perimeter canopies. Powder coated to endure coastal weather conditions, these fixtures provide brilliant and reliable marquee illumination that enhances visibility and visual rhythm throughout the façade.

Each MQ2502 fixture contributes to a continuous architectural ribbon of light, capturing the essence of Jenkinson’s vibrant nighttime identity while ensuring performance that withstands wind, salt, and moisture from the nearby Atlantic coast.
