Project Overview

At the Hollister / Abercrombie & Fitch Headquarters in New Albany, lighting plays an integral role in shaping architectural character and brand experience. In the outdoor barn area—an elegant retreat space defined by timber construction and an open-air fireplace—Belfer Lighting crafted a custom circular marquee chandelier using the MQ2502 Marquee Lighting Wet Location system.

Suspended over the central fireplace, this fixture anchors the space with a warm, inviting glow that complements the rustic detailing of the barn structure. Designed to perform in outdoor conditions while maintaining visual delicacy, the MQ2502 system delivers both durable illumination and refined craftsmanship, emblematic of Belfer’s architectural lighting expertise.

Welcome to Eighth Avenue Place in Alberta, Canada, to the most luxurious office tower to grace the Calgary sky. Eighth Avenue Place houses some of the most prominent businesses and is a marvel of architectural and sustainable design. In addition, it also showcases a remarkable lobby art collection detailing "six iconic paintings by six iconic Canadian artists".
Belfer was pleased to be included in this project with the addition of our Reflex RX1320 LED Recessed Indirect fixtures for the main lobby and elevator lobbies.

At the prestigious 280 Park Avenue in New York City, Belfer Lighting designed and manufactured a suite of custom linear LED lighting fixtures tailored for the building’s upscale lobbies, public corridors, and common areas. This iconic Midtown Manhattan office tower, known for its refined renovations and high-end tenant spaces, required clean, efficient lighting that would elevate the architectural expression of the interiors without compromising performance.

Lighting Solution

Belfer’s custom-engineered linear LED fixtures were fabricated with precision to integrate seamlessly into ceilings and architectural elements. Features include:

The design team faced the challenge of preserving the minimalist look of newly renovated ceilings while delivering code-compliant, energy-efficient lighting. Belfer engineered flush-mounted linear systems that blended into plaster and wood ceilings, incorporating continuous run capabilities and integrated junction access for maintenance.

With attention to detail, finish, and ease of installation, Belfer ensured that each lighting element supported the overall design intent of a luxury commercial environment.

At the landmark 10 Penn Center in Philadelphia, Belfer Lighting partnered with the design team to deliver custom wall sconces that seamlessly integrate with the building's architectural updates and elevated interior aesthetic. Situated in the heart of Center City, this 27-story Class A office tower demanded a lighting solution that balanced performance, design sophistication, and durability.

Lighting Solution

Belfer engineered and fabricated a set of custom wall sconces to complement the modernized lobbies and corridors throughout the tower. The sconces feature Tailored finishes and mounting to match millwork and wall treatments

Each fixture was built to meet strict commercial specifications while enhancing the building’s high-end tenant experience.

The final result is a visually unified lighting upgrade that adds both form and function to a major urban office destination. The custom wall sconces at 10 Penn Center demonstrate Belfer’s ability to adapt product design to architectural vision—without compromising technical performance or aesthetics.
