Nestled in the dramatic landscape of Jackson Hole, WY, this custom private residence blends rustic architecture with refined modern interiors. The design team sought a lighting solution that would enhance the home’s warm materials and soaring ceilings while maintaining a minimalist visual footprint. Belfer’s RX1320 Reflex LED recessed indirect lighting was selected to provide ambient, glare-free illumination in the entryway, living room, and study—areas where light needed to feel both architectural and atmospheric.
The RX1320 Reflex LED fixture is a precision-engineered recessed indirect lighting system that utilizes concealed optics to reflect light upward and outward. It was installed in custom ceiling coves and architectural slots to softly illuminate walls and ceilings, adding warmth and dimension to the home’s open-plan interiors.
Model: RX1320 Reflex LED Recessed Indirect Lighting
Mounting: Recessed into drywall
Distribution: Indirect uplight via internal reflector system
Applications: Cove, perimeter, and architectural slot lighting
With sweeping views of the Tetons and interiors featuring exposed timber, stone, and glass, the home’s lighting design required fixtures that would enhance natural textures without introducing visual noise. The RX1320’s clean linear profile and indirect performance made it the ideal choice for key living and work spaces.
Seamlessly integrated to highlight custom ceiling detailing
Delivered balanced ambient light with no visible source
Eliminated ceiling clutter while preserving architectural intent
Dimming integrated with smart lighting controls for flexible mood settings
Designed for long life, low maintenance, and energy efficiency in high-altitude environments
The RX1320 Reflex LED installation in this Jackson Hole residence proves that lighting can be both invisible and essential. The result is a home filled with warm, even light that highlights form, material, and space—supporting the architectural narrative from entry to retreat. Design continuity at its finest!

Picture this: A robust 4,100-square-foot boathouse, complete with a cozy living area, an upper deck perfect for sunbathing, and not one, but up to four boat slips. And when night falls, Belfer Wedge Lens wall sconce fixtures cast a mellow light, making it a serene getaway on the water.
